Yes, they have indeed fucked up this bad...

Well our ANC is so shit and so utterly useless, they are making such a mess of what was once a very strong economy, that illegal acts are now being included in our GDP. Only in S.A. It astounds me how useless these boons are. So it is now a fact that in S.A, crime does infact pay. Utter bullshit man.

Johannesburg - Cannabis farming now forms an official part of the agricultural sector, even if illegal. It will be included in future calculations of the gross domestic product (GDP).

And prostitution falls within the personal services sector. This is a logical consequence of Statistics South Africa's decision to include illegal and underground economies in the country's GDP for the first time.

And, believe it or not, their inclusion is global practice. After all, they do contribute to a country's economy.

The outcome will be that South Africa's economy will be considerably larger than currently reflected in statistics.

Top economists have long considered that South Africa's GDP could be as much as R100bn bigger than that currently reflected - among other things because parts of the hidden economy, which includes illegal and underground operations, have so far been excluded from the GDP.

The base year against which economic growth is measured will also move from 2000 to 2005.

All these adjustments will apply to the GDP and economic growth figures for the first quarter of 2002 to the third quarter of 2009.

The adjustments will change the relative size of the sectors in the economy, and their contributions to growth. One consequence could even be that sectors that contracted in the past will now grow.

You can't do anything safely in S.A.

I got the following of News24. It is just disgusting how you can never feel safe in this country. Watch, give it some time, this casino robbery thing is gonna become a trend. That's how our Azanian animalistic criminals work.

Johannesburg - A gambler was wounded when ten armed men stormed into the Meropa Casino, opened fire and made off with an undisclosed amount of money, Limpopo police said on Sunday.

Senior Superintendent Motlafela Mojapelo said the men, armed with AK-47 assault rifles and pistols entered the casino, in Polokwane after 21:00 on Saturday.

He said the wounded gambler was in a stable condition in hospital.

Police were still searching for the armed gang. - Well what else is new

More Black on White crime

http://www.news24.com/Content/SouthAfrica/News/1059/837908b71e4b42f08f4f45ca48bbdbed/14-11-2009-12-22/Hijack_Woman_thrown_off_bridge

Durban - A 24-year-old woman is in a serious condition after hijackers forced her out of her vehicle and pushed her over the Umkomaas River Bridge on the N2 south in Chatsworth , Netcare 911 said on Saturday.

Spokesperson Jeff Wicks said the woman was plunged almost 60 metres below the bridge on Friday night and landed in shallow water.

She sustained chest, head and spinal injuries that left her immobile and unable to pull herself out, said Wicks.

The woman managed to keep herself afloat for over four hours before a passer-by heard her cries for help and rushed to her aid at the river bank and called for help.

Wicks said fire-fighters, who arrived first on scene, pulled the woman out from the water and placed her onto an embankment before paramedics attended to her.

She was also treated for hypothermia before being airlifted to the Netcare St Augustine's Hospital in Durban and in a serious but stable condition.

Her hijackers are still being sought by police, said Wicks.

Reverse Apartheid?

A while ago my friend said to me, "Do you think they [the ANC] are gonna start their own Apartheid?" At the time I didn't know what to answer. I was much less informed about our whole gloomy situation. Yet as have become much more aware of the reverse racism and the double standards, I have come to a puzzling conclusion.

First off, my answer is no. They're not starting an Apartheid. No. If they started an Apartheid I think we'd all be happy. Sure they'd take everything at first, but our brilliant white race would start from scratch and make new civilisation while the blacks run theirs into the ground.

Also obvious is that the evil ANC would lose it's support of the blinded international media (propaganda machine). But then my puzzling conclusion arises. Barring a few details, this country almost is in a reverse Apartheid. Let me break down what I'm getting at so you guys know what the hell I'm going on about.
What are some of the things that are said about Apartheid that made it so wrong? White job privileges, housing privileges, the farms, better education, the pass laws and various difficulties in the business world for blacks.
Lets list those again and then lets look at S.A today.

White Job Privileges - Today = BEE

Housing Privileges - Today = Half the time, blacks don't pay transfer fees and their low cost housing is getting closer and closer to high-class white residential areas where houses cost at least R16000 per month.

Farm land issues - Today = 3083 white farmers killed since 1994

Education unfairness - Today = White students with great marks getting rejected from universities because of black students that can't hold a pen. Blacks also have a lower required pass percentage.

Pass Laws - Today = What would happen to a white if he walked into a black township? Do I need to even say?

Difficulties in business world - Today = What about Vodacom's "Yebo Yethu" thing? They made a program so that blacks, only blacks can buy Vodacom shares. Get yourself a pamphlet and see what it says. It says that to qualify you need to be black. It says you will be disqualified if you are non-black. This is pure racism.

So, when you look at these examples and others, like the obvious persecution of whites and Malema's racial slurs, you wonder if there is actually a small scale Apartheid against whites currently going?

So that's where our tax money is...

Sanelisiwe Shamase

Pietermaritzburg - Individual overtime claims at the Msunduzi municipality have reached shocking proportions and evidence indicates that many security staffers are getting away with earning fat-cat salaries at ratepayers' expense.

According to a list of just 36 of the municipality's many security personnel, singular overtime claims per person for July and August range from R3 731.56 to R53 980.74. These amounts exclude basic pay.

In one case, one of deputy mayor Mervyn Dirks's bodyguards pocketed R45 578.49 for overtime in July, while August saw him take home an overtime amount of R47 988.95. This adds up to an individual overtime total of R93 567.44 in just two months.

A bodyguard for Mayor Zanele Hlatshwayo received R37 534.70 for overtime in July and his August overtime pay reached R46 592.88. His two-month individual overtime total amounted to R84 127.58.

Guard in training pocketed big bucks

Another employee earned R31 933.72 in July and R53 980.74 in August, bringing his two-month total to R85 914.46.

Another received R34 327.86 for July and R39 983.58 in August, which amounted to R74 311.44.

September salary slips in The Witness's possession tell the same story.

A security officer in training pocketed R39 085.20 in overtime, almost four times his basic monthly salary of R10 245.55. His gross earnings for the month were R52 270.55.

Even refuse collectors are coining it. One managed to pocket R15 030.40 in overtime for September, a major boost to his basic monthly salary of R5 328.12. He grossed a tidy R21 371.07 for that month.

Overspent on budget

Last month, The Witness reported that the municipality had already spent R25m of its R33.5m overtime budget barely three months into the new financial year.

Hlatshwayo said at the time: "It seems to be unregulated and it is all over the place in waste, in traffic, in security."

At the end of the 2008/09 financial year, The Witness reported that the municipality managed to exceed its R43.4m overtime budget by a whopping R22.5m.

Asked to comment about the municipality's poor financial discipline, Dirks - who is acting mayor in Hlatshwayo's absence - said it is an administrative issue that the relevant managers should comment on.

Deputy municipal manager for community services Zwe Hulane referred The Witness to municipal manager Rob Haswell for comment, but Haswell did not respond by the time of publishing.

Attempts to get a response from the municipality's chief financial officer, Roy Bridgmohan, were also unsuccessful.

10 hours+ overtime illegal

According to the Labour Relations Act, it is illegal for employees to work more than 10 hours of overtime a week.

In a report by Haswell on October 8, titled "Reduction Overtime Expenditure", he admits that the municipality is contravening the act and spending too much on overtime.

"From a budget of R33.5m for the 09/10 year, we have only some R8m left, and many employees are working for more than the maximum 10 hours of overtime per week as prescribed in the act," wrote Haswell.

"I'm absolutely horrified," said DA councillor Bill Lambert.

He told The Witness his party has raised the overtime issue constantly in Exco meetings, and Haswell was ordered to bring a report to Exco explaining how he is going to save council's overtime money.

"If it was known that these people were exceeding the legal overtime limits, why was it not acted upon? This is a joke that's not even funny," he said.

IFP councillor Dolo Zondi said he had asked Exco in the past to get an assessment risk level that would probe whether bodyguards are indeed necessary.

"It's not opposition parties that are threatening them. They need bodyguards to protect them from people in their own party."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I myself think that this purely qualifies as communism! Giving security guards R50000 of tax payer money per month is stealing! It's stealing from us to make them rich. That is exactly what communism is. I find it repulsive that for all the stress and hard work I do, a security guard makes half the amount I do. Have you ever seen a security guard do anything remotely stressful or inconvenient for them? No! So they don't deserve to be making R50000 a month! Now the municipality has spent about 7.5/10 of the overtime budget 3 months into the financial year. Every form of government we have is an absolute joke. I can not believe that it's still legal for these utter boons to still be running a country.

Look how hated George Bush is. America is still the most powerful country in the world and look how many people hate him! Imagine he did to America what the anti-white regime has done to South Africa? He'd be executed. Yet it is still seen as racist to disagree with the ANC. Even though they've turned what was mostly a first-world country into just another steaming pile of African turd, school textbooks and other liberal propaganda creations still insist that they are the party that are saving this country. Us whites better hurry up and get the hell out of here. Ah, but then, whose tax money would they steal then?

Ah Yes! The Rainbow Nation!

Durban - A Zimbabwean on Thursday told the Durban Regional Court how foreigners were forced to jump from a high-rise building by people wielding bush knives in January this year.

"When they forced me to jump from the fifth floor, I saw two other bodies lying motionless on the pavement. They pushed me and I landed on one of the bodies," testified Eugene Madonda.

He was lucky to survive as Zimbabwean Victor Zowa, 24, and Tanzanian Omar Said, 25, fell to their deaths, he told the court.

He lost consciousness and woke up in hospital.

He was testifying in the trial of ANC eThekwini Municipality ward councillor Vusi Khoza, Sean Thabo Jacobs, Patricia Ballantyne and Mzokuthoba Mngonyama.

All except Jacobs are charged with public violence and conspiracy to commit assault. Jacobs is charged with attempted murder.

'Taught a lesson'

Madonda told the court he had heard a crowd of about 100 people singing "we are tired of foreigners" as they approached the building.

"They were saying they were tired of amakwerekwere. They said they [foreigners] must be sent back to their homes and be taught a lesson," he testified.

Amakwerekwere is a derogatory name for foreigners used by some South Africans.

Madonda thought the security guard would not allow the crowd to enter the building.

"I became very scared when I heard them kicking doors and singing inside the apartment. They also forced me to open my door."

A short man with long hair had asked him which country he came from.

"I told him that I was from Zimbabwe and that I was looking for a job in Durban."

Beating

"They then started beating me with knobkerries and they forced me to jump from the fifth floor," he told the court.

They also punched him in the stomach and pulled his genitals, he said.

All four accused pleaded not guilty on Thursday, explaining that they were at their homes on the day of the incident.

In a statement read to the court, Khoza claimed he was with Ballantyne and Mngonyama at his home when the building was attacked. Jacobs, who claims to be homeless, said he was in the street where he usually slept.

The trial continues.
